Nonda Smart Tire Safety Monitor

The self-installable, external sensor kit features a USB-powered receiver with four sensors that transmit data from the tyres, via Bluetooth, directly to the ZUS iOS/Android app.

Once connected, the app shows all four tyre pressures in real time and quickly detects punctures and/ or excess temperature, giving both a visual and audible warning to alert the driver of possible tyre failure. The receiver comes with a built-in USB port for charging other devices.

We didn’t spell it incorrectly, by the way. Nonda calls it a ‘tire’ safety monitor.

The kit is available from all sorts of websites, but the only Aussie store we could find with stock was Bing Lee, and Bing Lee has them marked as ‘Discontinued’. It looks as though a set-up would cost something like $135 if you can find one.
