The nylon-fused blade shield prevents the tape from tearing while protecting the markings from wear and tear. These tapes also feature an architect’s scale (1:20 and 1:50) on the rear to assist with blueprint readings. They also feature high-contrast markings on both sides of the blade, with vertically faced markings on the back, making it easy to read from any direction.
A wire form belt clip allows rapidly attaching/removing the tape measure without tearing a pocket or toolbelt.
