Found Concrete have made it their mission to take the hassle out of ordering concrete by developing an app that lets you order concrete and delivery with the push of a button.
Placing an order takes two minutes after downloading the Found app. Pick your concrete, then pick your delivery date and time. The partnership Found has with concrete suppliers means the suppliers are updating their availability directly onto the app. When a customer books the concrete delivery, it is instantly confirmed with the supplier.
“The busiest time for our suppliers is in the 7 – 10am period when the industry typically has their concrete delivered,” said Found Concrete CEO Adam McArthur. “This leads to our supplier partners having capacity in later periods of the day. As a result, we have worked with them to offer discount pricing after 12pm for those customers who can organise their concrete pours in the afternoon.” “We know booking pours in the afternoon may not work for all of our customers, however we are always looking for ways to provide options that save time and money. We are excited to release this innovation to the concrete market.”
Fogolin and Sons Concreting has been a Found Concrete customer since April 2020 and has completed over 70 orders with Found. “Found has made ordering concrete so efficient. I can order out of hours and make adjustments to the order without making phone calls,” said Phillip Fogolin. “The orders are always on time and the customer service is fantastic.”
In order to provide its customers with a range of mixes and the best possible delivery times, Found has partnered with seven suppliers. These suppliers are Alsafe, Advanced Readymix, Boral, Concrite, Gunlake, Hy-tec, Midway and Nielsens.
Found is available in the following regions: Greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Newcastle, Hunter, Central Coast, Greater Melbourne and Geelong and South East Queensland.
